Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Unboxing Video: To be eligible for a return, you must provide a video recording of the unboxing process. This video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time and the damaged product inside.
- Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with the unboxing video as evidence.
- Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any issues and request a return.

Refunds
Once we receive your return request and the accompanying unboxing video, we will inspect the video and the reported damage. After review, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Cost of Shipping approximately ~₹70/-)
At wear.qalakaar.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that our return policy terms are met.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
